Peter Hawkins, Chairman of Renewal Associates and joint founder (1986) and Emeritus Chairman of Bath Consultancy Group, is a leading coach, consultant, writer and researcher in leadership, organisational strategy, culture, team and executive coaching and specialises in managing complex change and development. He has worked with many leading companies throughout the world, co-designing and facilitating major change and organisational transformation projects and developing senior executives and board members. He has been a keynote speaker at many international conferences on the learning organisation, leadership and Executive Coaching and teaches and leads masterclasses at many business schools. He is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, University of Reading, and is a visiting Professor at the Universities of Bath and Oxford Brookes and has also taught at a wide variety of universities both in the UK and South Africa.

Currently Peter Hawkins is Honorary President of both the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision and the Academy of Executive Coaching.

He has consulted to a wide range of leading commercial, financial and professional organisations including: 3i, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Barclays Capital, British Land, Deloitte, HSBC, BBC, Ernst and Young, Standard Life Aberdeen, Investec, Hewlett Packard Research Laboratories, IBM, GSK, Canon and Capespan.

He now supervises and mentors many coaching and consultancy businesses internationally as well as running international trainings and masterclasses.
